I have since I was 20 worked only three days a week(Some minor and one time off exceptions excluded). When colleagues would give me questioning Looks I would tell them that I was only available for the company three days a week. thereby hinting I might have another job (which I didn’t).
From experience I can tell that the focus, relax-ness in life in general and more time for family, friends and hobbies,is more then worth the lowered income.
