Could someone privately buy more information about the GPU? i.e. does it exist? Is it held private because some vendor OS has paid them for exclusivity rights? I really don't understand the business strategy behind such secrecy.
Broadcom would probably give you GPU documentation under NDA as long as you don't release any code you write and you don't tell anyone how bad their GPU is.
