SAFETY !!! brighter is safer, you loose:) there has been another insane thing ,where the lights in schools have gotten impossibly bright, and school bussses have strobes on top that can be seen 50 miles away. Its guaranteed that there are saftey comitties trying to legeslate much more extream measures
