Pardon if its slightly off-topic. Is there a database/resource/method to check which API works/blocked in China?

I have to travel there for some work-related stuff and not having access may throw a wrench in some plans.

I'm not sure if Proton VPN works reliably in China, which I'm considering for passing API calls.
